Annual Gift Director - Healthcare jobs in Boise, ID

Annual Gift Director - Healthcare plans and implements the healthcare organization's campaign for monetary aid in annual gifts from corporations, outside agencies, and other donors. Assigns specific charitable donation campaigns to Annual Gift Coordinators. Being an Annual Gift Director - Healthcare is responsible for attracting and retaining prospective donors, monitoring programs, and analyzing past donations. Oversees annual giving revenue and expense goals and evaluates the effectiveness of a variety of solicitation programs. Additionally, Annual Gift Director - Healthcare requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Annual Gift Director - Healthcare manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an Annual Gift Director - Healthcare typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     What You Can Expect From This Role

    • New position created to support the Director of Development
    • Ability to utilize creative skills to execute numerous annual fundraising initiatives.
    • Take advantage of technology tools to support direct mail, monthly giving, e-communications to increase total annual donations and gift revenue.
    • Work with St. Luke's employees, clinicians, grateful patients and families throughout St. Luke's Health System to identify and cultivate relationships with current and potential donors.
    • Utilize exceptional written communication skills to represent the St. Luke's Health Foundation to current and potential donors.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree or experience in lieu of degree
    • 2 years relevant experience
