Responsibilities:

• Lead the 5 North team in providing the highest quality care, ensuring patient satisfaction and safety.
• Oversee daily operations, manage budgets, and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and cost containment.
• Direct and approve nursing practices, promote staff competency, and ensure adherence to clinical standards.
• Develop, monitor, and administer quality improvement initiatives to continuously enhance patient care outcomes.
• Lead by example, mentor and coach staff, and foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Promote effective communication and coordination across all departments involved in patient care.
• Develop future service line plans, including budgetary projections and capital resource needs and procedures.
• Provide problem-solving leadership and ensure smooth operations around the clock.
