Annual Gift Director - Healthcare plans and implements the healthcare organization's campaign for monetary aid in annual gifts from corporations, outside agencies, and other donors. Assigns specific charitable donation campaigns to Annual Gift Coordinators. Being an Annual Gift Director - Healthcare is responsible for attracting and retaining prospective donors, monitoring programs, and analyzing past donations. Oversees annual giving revenue and expense goals and evaluates the effectiveness of a variety of solicitation programs. Additionally, Annual Gift Director - Healthcare requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Annual Gift Director - Healthcare manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions.     Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Oversees and supervises the entire payroll process for multiple entities across multiple states; ensuring pay is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with government regulations.
    • Supports and provides direction with payroll process system’s, maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements.
    • Ensures that the management, distribution and accuracy of annual W2’s and 1099’s is done within the required period as governed by the law.
    • Research discrepancies of payroll information on a timely basis to ensure accuracy and prior to processing.
    • Collaboratively work with cross-functional leadership team as well as with outside vendors to develop and launch new processes.
    • Resolve escalated payroll issues and/or discrepancies.

    Required:

    • Bachelor's Degree Required
    • 10 years of management experience in a multi-jurisdictional payroll department preferred in healthcare.
    • 5 years’ experience managing a payroll department, including supervision and hands on responsibilities.
    • Experience in: Payroll Taxes, Deductions, and the capability to analyze payroll from a financial perspective (Payroll for 500 employees).

    Salary $115,000 - $122,000 annually with potential 10% bonus, compensation dependent on experience.
