We're on the lookout for an organized and detail-oriented individual to manage donation records, oversee CRM systems like DonorPerfect, and ensure timely communication with our generous supporters. You'll play a pivotal role in maintaining data accuracy and providing crucial support to the Executive Director's office.

Data Management and Acknowledgments:

• Oversee the comprehensive management of gift processing, including entry, tracking, acknowledgment, and documentation, ensuring all donations are accurately recorded and acknowledged. There are many different streams of revenue to be kept track of, and organized.
• Regularly update and reconcile donation records, and support year-end reconciliation and audit processes.
• Respond promptly to inquiries related to donation records, ensuring high-quality and tim
• ely communication.

Reporting, Research, and Strategic Operations:

• Generate reports and lists for various purposes, including campaigns, analytics, and donor trends upon request.
• Stay abreast of database updates and best practices to streamline operations.
• Serve as the primary contact for DonorPerfect, facilitating communication and coordination with team members.
• Provide strategic information to other team members to enhance their job performance and efficiency.
• Generate and maintain various mailing lists.
• Generate timely tax receipts and acknowledgment letters to donors (same day preferred).

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of work in non-profit
• 1-3 years of experience with Donor Databases, Donor Perfect Preferred
• Excellent organizational ability and interpersonal skills
• Overall flexibility and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• A dedicated work ethic, diligence, and readiness to be a hands-on team member with a keen eye for detail
• Excellent computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft/Google Suite. Preference for advanced skills in Excel, data analysis.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: $40,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Evenings as needed
• Monday to Friday
• Nights as needed
• Weekends as needed
