    • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of progressive leadership experience in an emergency department setting.
    • Licensure: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Illinois.
    • Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team.
