McPherson College Director of Annual Giving

The Director of Annual Giving opportunity is a full-time, 12-month exempt position and is eligible for the college’s full benefit program, including a tuition reduction benefit after two years of employment, as well as a generous retirement benefit after one year of employment. The position will report to the VP of Advancement.
McPherson College recently announced $1.5 billion in future gift commitments to its endowment. This would be the largest endowment for any small, liberal arts college in the U.S. Further, a comprehensive fundraising campaign—Building Community— which completed in June 2023 with $64 million in gifts, was the largest in the college’s history. A significant portion of the total was received through annual fund gifts.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree is required
Three years of experience in Higher Ed or non-profit fundraising preferred; persons with sales/marketing/customer service experience encouraged to apply
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and customer/constituent relationship management software is highly desirable
Must have a valid driver’s license and able to pass a pre-employment background screen which includes a MVR
