The Customer Service Representative position is a vital link between the field service technicians and our customers. This position is responsible for maintaining clear and effective communication that helps establish, grow and maintain our client base. First impressions are critical, and the customer service representative must be kind, courteous and show your smile through your over the phone interactions. You must have the ability to provide comfort and confidence to our clients, ensuring Above and Beyond Service Company is the right service company for all their plumbing, heating, air-conditioning and electrical needs. You must be able to work independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. To be a successful candidate for this position the willingness and capability to be able to adjust to last minute changes and a fast-paced work environment is critical.

Pay is up to $50,300, including incentives.
