Earning competitve pay of $13 - $18 / hour, depending on experience . Position Overview:

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication between our company and our valued customers. This position involves answering phones, assisting customers, and efficiently scheduling and dispatching crews. We are seeking a detail-oriented candidate with strong communication skills and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls promptly and provide exceptional customer service.

• Follow up with customers and technicians to address inquiries and resolve concerns.

• Manage social media platforms to engage with customers and maintain a positive online presence.

• Assist in scheduling and dispatching technicians to jobs efficiently, considering geographical factors.

• Excel in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Utilize Microsoft Office products and other software for job management and communication.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Proficient in using computers and familiar with Microsoft Office applications.

• Energetic, self-motivated, and customer-focused attitude.

• Previous customer service experience is advantageous but not required.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

• Experience with Service Titan Software is a plus but not required.

Physical Requirements:

• Regularly engage in sitting, standing, walking, stooping, and using hands to handle controls.

• Effective hearing and speaking abilities.

• Capability to sit for extended periods and use a computer keyboard.

• Frequently reach with hands and arms.

• Lift and/or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds.

• Possess close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
