    Job Brief:
    • This role will focus on the needs and desires of customers while leading a team of Customer Service Representatives. He or she will have a dedication to customer satisfaction.
    • Focusing and ensuring each customer has been given all possible attention needed for positive results.
    • This role will utilize all positive and effective methods such as developing new techniques or improving processes in customer support systems.
    • The role will also include answering questions from clients and resolving problems, setting goals to meet the needs of each team member as well as monitoring the progress of customer requirements in the company’s tracking system.
    • Strong computer skills customer relation skills and planning skills including.
    • KPI’s are essential to the success of this role.
    Top roles:
    • Communicate with customers about product satisfaction and when necessary, warranty issues.
    • Work with internal team members to solve customer or field issues effectively and efficiently.
    • Innovate and coordinate new ideas and solutions to improve the customer service department and process.
    Day to day:
    • This position is constantly receiving calls, from customer and the team, text and social media concerns, complaints and questions and provides answers and support.
    • Work with the team to ensure they are relatively or collaboratively solving customer’s problems and embed them into the culture and positivity of the company.
    • Keep an ongoing list of the most asked questions and or complaints and compile team member’s data.
    • Respond to members (co-workers) emails quickly.
    • Handle any other important or urgent issues that arise.
    • Monitor and analyze what could reduce customer service calls.
    Monthly:
    • Refine the process (work with your team) of receiving calls, text and social media concerns, complaints and questions.
    • Oversee team to ensure they establish and maintain records to document biggest issues and solutions offered.
    • Provide recommendations to supervisors, managers, and director.
    • Work with other verticals to ensure systems and processes are in place to eliminate or reduce customer complaints.
    • Determine and schedule what training is required for the C.S. team or other teams need to reduce customer frustration?
    • Request adjustments from department heads to ensure customer service evolves along with marketplace needs.
    • Ensure status reports are made each month. Are there bottlenecks and if so what or who are they? Present information and corrective action requirements to the team leader to solve and if they cannot then escalate it to your Director/Manager jointly.
    • Manage with urgency and resolve any important or urgent issues that arise.
    Quarterly:
    • Report findings, quarterly roll up. Refining the process of receiving calls, text and social media concerns, complaints and questions.
    • Propose improvements to you supervisor.
    • Determine how can CRM software improve our approach to customers?
    • If so, when do we need to be prepared to launch new software?
    Annually:
    • Present to your Manager/director as required, daily, weekly, monthly and year end weekly end-year reporting; Project by project per the vertical or department it is inside.
    • Perform a review for you team on quarterly and annual findings.
    • Determine how can CRM software improve our approach to customers? Or is it too early?
    • Craft an end of year analysis of processes to improve.
    • Offer ideas to improve systems and procedures to your supervisor.
