• Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carrying out tasks; communicating progress and information; determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback.

• Able to work a flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Standing on your feet and occasional lifting.

Responsibilities:

• Prioritizing department activities while managing interruptions and attending to details to complete tasks within deadlines is a must.
• Additionally they are responsible for operating the customer service desk function, answering the store telephone, checking emails/voicemails daily!
• Making sure cashiers are ringing up customers CORRECTLY and quickly.
• Cross-training to help other departments, such as stocking, required.
• Ordering supplies, equipment, to ensure that all customers have a fast & smooth experience.
