Annuities Customer Service Supervisor jobs in Rock Island, IL

Location: Greater Quad Cities

This position requires you to have a valid clear driver's license as it requires you to drive a company vehicle.

Hours: Full-Time, Monday – Friday, 4PM-12:30AM
Salary: $16-18/hour, depending upon experience

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to assigned accounts to back check job duties
• Oversee employees at assigned accounts
• Make sure all assigned accounts have correct supplies at all times
• Clean accounts when employees call off
• Complete reviews for employees at assigned accounts
• Bring equipment back to warehouse that needs repaired
• Bring laundry back to warehouse to be completed the next day
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds
• Must be able to provide documents for Work Authorization in the United States (FBG conducts E-Verify on every new employee)
• Strong attention to detail
• Hardworking and reliable

• Great attendance and punctuality!
• Bilingual is a PLUS!
• 1-2 years experience is a PLUS!
