Answer multiple phone lines in a pleasant and welcoming manner. Take detailed legible messages and distribute the messages. Create work orders and schedule appointments. Able to lift at least 75 lbs regularly. Knowledge of door hardware a must. Glass handling experience helpful. Inventory daily deliveries. Organize, track, and follow up with orders and service calls on a daily basis. Greet walk in traffic and take orders. Computer literate including Word and Outlook
