Annuities Director (New Business) directs the development of new accounts and business relationships through sales, marketing, and referrals.     • Monitor accounts receivable and payable, analyze financial data, and generate reports for management review.

    • Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic initiatives and long-term business objectives for the district.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and revenue enhancement to support organizational growth and sustainability.
    • Address patient inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism, striving to exceed expectations and foster patient loyalty.
    • Collaborate with clinical staff to optimize the patient experience and resolve any billing or administrative issues promptly.
    • Ensure adherence to all relevant healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, Medicare, and Medicaid guidelines.
    • Conduct regular audits to identify compliance issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
    • Foster a positive work environment, provide ongoing feedback and support professional development opportunities for team members.

    Experience

    Required
    • 2 year(s): Prior experience in a leadership role.
