Role: Accounting Manager/Controller

Location: Dallas, TX

Job type: Full Time/Permanent

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounting Manager/Controller. The Accounting Manager/Controller will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial operations, including managing financial statements, conducting financial analysis, posting journal entries, and managing fixed assets. This role requires strong analytical skills and expertise in finance.

Qualifications

· Expertise in managing financial statements and analyzing financial data

· Excellent analytical skills

· Experience in posting journal entries and maintaining accurate financial records

· Strong knowledge of finance principles and practices

· Proficiency in managing fixed assets

· Attention to detail and ability to work with complex financial data

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

· CPA a must

· Experience in the real estate industry is beneficial

· Mastery of Yardi, Resman, Realpage or other Multifamily Software

· Teamwork and delegation a must

· Total Commitment to Improvement of Processes and Results in the company's accounting processes and bottomline.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Real estate industry: 2 years (Required)
• Mastery Yardi, Resman, Realpage or Multifamily Software: 2 years (Required)
