Annuities Director (New Business) directs the development of new accounts and business relationships through sales, marketing, and referrals. Reviews applications and contracts and ensures that all transactions comply with state and federal regulations. Being an Annuities Director (New Business) stays abreast of any changes to laws and regulations which affect the activities of the business. Responsible for staffing and training of unit and ensures staff has full knowledge of all current regulations and provides prompt and efficient service to customers.     Our crazy fast-growing pediatric business, focused on providing support for kids with autism in North Carolina, is looking for a business developer to help market our proprietary software.

    We are looking for a senior person from an IT Services Background, not a product sales background, to join our team who is able to quickly understand and leverage our experience and has the same hunger for growth we do.


    The right candidate must acquire and care for their customers professionally and with passion, with their distinct sales know-how. Candidates must have a good understanding of the market requirements and customer requirements to prove to potential customers our capability and build long-term collaborative relationships.


    Candidates must have demonstrable sales figures and a record of exceeding sales targets.


    Duties include:


      Identification and acquisition of new clients and projects in the sector
      Relationship management, maintenance, and use of your network
      Individual bidding as well as coordination and participation in contract negotiations
      Internal coordination of the support teams, (including abroad)
      Participation and moderation of external events


    Requirements:

      Bachelor's or Higher
      3 years in a as Sales / Business Development Manager
      Good knowledge of Health care


    Benefits:

      Competitive Base Salary: $105,000 to 115,000 with total compensation of up to $125,000
