Lead, schedule, coordinate, and participate in daily work, meeting, and projects relevant to the team and department, and addresses daily issues that affect the team. Ensure continual improvement of the department’s efficiency and quality, supported by detailed reports and analysis. Develop and enhance cooperative interdepartmental relations and communications with other management teams and throughout the Company. Create and maintain policies and procedures document for department policies and procedures. Perform management responsibilities in accordance with company policies, including: Interview, select, train, coach, and counsel direct reports. Supervise and provide guidance and direction to Supervisors and staff members, through training, setting expectations, and regularly reviewing individual and department performance both formally and informally. Conduct employee performance evaluations. Occasional long, irregular hours. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
