Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met. We will train you, so experience is not necessary. However, you do need to understand how to use computers very well and have a friendly upbeat personality.

Duties:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our products and services.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers and provide updates on their needs.
- Assist customers with resolving billing issues.
- Enter customer information and order details accurately into the system.
- Collaborate with other departments such as sales to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish languages.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required.
