    Key Job Responsibilities

    Campaign Management

    • Using SFMC, build, manage and execute all B2B multi-channel campaigns and journeys.
    • Verify product eligibility, firm approvals, workflow setup, audience segmentation, decision splits, wait activities, CRM specifications and scheduling.
    • Cross-collaborate and strategize with IT, Distribution, Product, and Marketing to create wide-ranging campaigns.
    • Optimize user experience and train strategic accounts and wholesalers on campaigns and journeys
    • Validate content, layout, A/B testing and tracking analytics for email deployment.
    • Develop analytics methodology to assess campaign results as well as integrate test and learn opportunities to future campaign deployments
    • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to templates, segmentation, CRM campaign feed activity and delivery
    • Partner with IT to integrate additional data sources and set up SFTP/API connections to SFMC
    • Maintain creative briefs that capture all elements of a journey campaign
    • Develop deployment calendars for journey execution to ensure optimal execution and timelines
    • Ensure data accuracy in Salesforce CRM Dashboards and Tableau platforms

    Seismic – Technology Management

    • Responsible for Seismic CRM integration, Email Blast, Firm Intel documentation, Sandbox and LiveSend capabilities
    • Set up users and signatures
    • Manage and prioritize seismic enhancements for sales enablement system (Delivery App, LiveDocs, Toppan Merrill, NewCenter, Outlook Plugin
    • Monitor effective usage of the platform through designing, building, and maintaining dashboards
    • Identify and troubleshoot issues related to systems integrations and functionality with IT, CRM team, vendor contacts and users of the system.
    • Responsible for updating and maintaining firm-specific product codes, tags, and expiration dates to ensure all content is properly approved for wholesaler and financial professional use.
    • Manage the 3rd Party Firm and state entitlement process across all content types (digital, print, etc.) to ensure our sales teams utilize accurate content based on complex firm and state product approval matrix.
    • Cross-collaborate and strategize with IT, Distribution, Product and Marketing

    The base salary range for this position is $68,000 - $102,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.

    Qualifications


    Required Qualifications

    • 3-5 years in program and campaign management
    • 3-5 years in managing 3rd Party vendor relationships
    • Must possess strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite essential
    • Flexibility working in a dynamic and high energy sales organization
    • Strong working knowledge of Seismic
    • Experience making positive contributions to a collaborative team
    • Strong meeting facilitation skills
    • Comfortable working through ambiguity and in dynamic environments where priorities may shift
    • Process improvement oriented
    • Enthusiasm and aptitude for learning and developing new skills and practices
    • Cross functional collaboration

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with SFMC a plus
    • 4 or more years working in the Individual Retirement space supporting distribution highly preferred
