Annuities Representative (New Business) is responsible for the annuities application process. Assists applicants and checks forms for completeness and accuracy. Being an Annuities Representative (New Business) ensures compliance with all regulations and keeps abreast of any changes to laws and regulations which pertain to annuities applications. Reviews all fund transfers such as tax-free fund transfers, direct transfers and direct rollovers for completeness and compliance. Additionally, Annuities Representative (New Business) is responsible for responding to inquiries from clients, agents, financial institutions and internal departments. May require a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Requires National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) license. The Annuities Representative (New Business) works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Work is closely managed. POSITION DESCRIPTION
Business Benefits is seeking someone to fill a customer-oriented service position. Our team approach is one of the main reasons for our success. You will love this role if you love helping others. You will have the opportunity to work independently and as part of a great team. We are looking for someone who is detailed and task oriented with a passion to learn and grow with the company. A client service representative, or CSR I, will act as a support to our client service team with accuracy and efficiency. The CSR I is an important role in our success and can lead to additional training, licensing, advancement and more responsibility. Meeting critical deadlines with accuracy and documentation is key. Essential duties include:
· processing enrollments and changes,
· retrieving and distributing data internally and externally from carrier websites,
· FormFire setup and support,
· resolving basic customer inquiries and billing issues, as well as
· plan submission to carrier(s) for new and renewing business
Additional duties include:
· Being a resource for other team members
· Managing deadlines
· Answering phones, faxes, and emails
· Updating files, and logs
QUALIFICATIONS

· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Good comprehension skills
· Ability to concentrate

· High school diploma or equivalent
