We're currently searching for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help expand the customer base for our Building Automation System and Controls department. This role will be the front of the company and responsible for creating and developing strategies to identify, develop and foster new customer relationships and manage sales activities and business growth.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Degree in Marketing or Business is preferred
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales or business development, knowledge of the construction or mechanical trade industry is preferred
• Proven track record of creating and executing sales strategies
• Strong knowledge of business development and sales growth
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Sharp negotiation and networking skills
• Ability to build and foster trusted relationships with stakeholders
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Enthusiasm for the company and the ability to communicate the real value proposition of HB McClure
• Successful criminal background and drug screenings
• Valid PA driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record
