We are looking for a Jr. Business Development Representative to join our New Unit Sales team in Pittsburgh! This individual will be provided training on our consultative sales process and have a team of seasoned sales professionals to enhance their natural abilities and to help cultivate sales strategies & techniques.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Gain knowledge & skills to grow sales territory by 20% year over year and to improve margins by 3%
• Collaborate with sales engineers to meet sales goals and accurately quote submittals
• Follow-up on outstanding opportunities in the power generation market
• Establishing and maintaining of productive relationships with other employees, customers, and vendors.

Requirements:

• Sales, Marketing, or relevant experience
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Experience in direct or outside sales a plus
• College (not required but a plus), High School Diploma, Vo-Tech.

Physical Requirements:

• Must live in the DC/NOVA/Maryland area
• Must be able to travel locally
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at a time
