Annuities Representative (New Business) is responsible for the annuities application process. Assists applicants and checks forms for completeness and accuracy. Being an Annuities Representative (New Business) ensures compliance with all regulations and keeps abreast of any changes to laws and regulations which pertain to annuities applications. Reviews all fund transfers such as tax-free fund transfers, direct transfers and direct rollovers for completeness and compliance. Additionally, Annuities Representative (New Business) is responsible for responding to inquiries from clients, agents, financial institutions and internal departments. May require a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Requires National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) license. The Annuities Representative (New Business) works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Work is closely managed. Job Description : Attività e responsabilità principali: Porsi come “entry point” per tutte le opportunità di new business, facendo convergere su di sé la segnalazione di opportunità provenienti dai diversi canali (gare locali e globali, segnalazioni interne, lead generati a livello Village, lead generati da consulenti esterni…) in modo da tenere traccia di tutta la pipeline di Agenzia. Definire, in collaborazione con il Chief Client Officer e con il Board Havas Media, le modalità di risposta più opportune a seconda delle differenti casistiche ed i team di lavoro trasversali da coinvolgere. Coordinare il processo di new business, attivando i team e le risorse coinvolte nella preparazione di documenti, dati e proposte commerciali, supervisionando le attività e governandole da un punto di vista di processo, tempi, risorse, costi e qualità complessiva dell’output. Condividere regolarmente con il CCO lo stato di avanzamento delle attività, le proposte in fase di definizione ed i contatti sviluppati, elaborando la necessaria reportistica sia a livello locale sia a livello globale ed aggiornando le relative piattaforme. Gestire la casella di posta dedicata al new business e mantenere/sviluppare eventuali relazioni e contatti con le persone che si interfacciano con questo canale. Mantenere e sviluppare il contatto con i team di new business globali e con i referenti per il new business nelle altre agenzie del gruppo Havas in Italia. Mantenere il contatto con enti e società esterne (auditors, Recma, associazioni di categoria, ecc…) per quanto attiene alla rendicontazione delle attività legate ai Clienti e al new business. Gestire gli strumenti volti al monitoraggio della soddisfazione dei Clienti già attivi ed elaborare periodicamente le analisi relative all’andamento di questi indicatori nel tempo. Predisporre ed aggiornare i documenti di supporto allo sviluppo del business (credenziali, presentazioni di agenzia/servizi) ed organizzare eventuali attività di Pitch Theatre in collaborazione con l’area marketing e la segreteria di direzione. Gestire il programma di incentivazione interna (Friends are treasure) volto al coinvolgimento dei colleghi nella generazione di nuove opportunità di new business.
