Annuities Representative (New Business) jobs in Waco, TX

Essential Functions:

• Collects, reviews and analyzes data and prepares plant dashboard reports, charts, and other presentation materials utilizing word processing, spreadsheet, or specialized software
• Prints daily production reports and shift reports for supervisors
• Assist with timecard approvals, and maintain attendance tracking
• Assist with sourcing, interviewing and scheduling candidates for hire
• Point of contact for new hires; assist with onboarding and conducts onboarding presentations to include safety training for new employees
• Safety Administration and record keeping 
• Prepares and distributes reports or other communications on a regular schedule
• Maintains files, databases, and archives of relevant records
• Screens calls and responds to or routes routine inquiries from external or internal sources with appropriate correspondence or other messaging

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:

• Computer literacy
• Adobe, MS and understanding of new systems
• Multi-tasking – ability to pivot quickly
• Experience with vendor relationships
• Good communication skills written and verbal communication
• Editing and proofreading

Education and Experience:

0-1 years of administrative responsbility or administrative training program completed

0-1 years HR administrative experience as well as exposure to safety administration
High School diploma or equivalent
