Makes recommendations to product line management to improve service and design of products that encourage client retention. Additionally, Annuities Retention Specialist requires a bachelor's degree. Position Summary
The Retention Specialist is responsible for the management of School retention efforts, enrollment management, and academic advising, and is a SHSW liaison with UWSP Admissions and is responsible for management and coordination of healthcare and wellness program recruitment.
On a day-to-day basis, the Retention Specialist is responsible for managing collaborative initiatives that impact outreach and recruitment, retention, and student success. The work of this individual is highly complex and ever-changing to best meet the needs of students in various academic programs. The Retention Specialist collaborates and connects with college and campus constituents and external constituents to leverage program efforts and School initiatives. The Retention Specialist serves as the primary academic adviser to a select group of students and provides advising support when needed for students across the entire School.
Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:45am-4:30pm. Sometimes varied and evening hours may be required to meet the needs of students and recruitment events.
