Annuities Retention Specialist jobs in Centreville, VA

Home Instead is seeking a part-time HR Recruiting and Retention Specialist. This person is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing care professionals.

Primary responsibilities of this role include:

• Monitor all recruitment platforms (Applicant Stack, indeed, Pre-intent) to ensure all candidates are sourced, screened and interviewed quickly.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess skills experience and alignment with Home Instead’s values.
• Coordinate and participate in outside recruitment events to attract top talent.
• Lead new Caregiver orientation sessions, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
• Provide information on Home Instead’s policies, procedures and expectations.
• Leading applicant pre-screen procedures, such as reference checks and drug testing
• Work closely with office staff and management to facilitate ongoing training for Care Professionals.
• Act as a point of contact for caregiver questions, concerns and feedback.
• Collaborate with management team to address and resolve employee relations.
• Maintaining all care professionals’ files
• Inputting and maintaining care professional information in corporate computer systems
• Develop meaningful relationships with Caregivers to build trust and retention.
• Implement strategist to boost caregiver morale and job satisfaction.

Qualifications include:

• Candidates should have a minimum of two years’ experience in Human Resources, with an emphasis in high volume recruitment and/or employee relations.
• Experience working in senior care or health care industry is a plus.
• Excellent communicator with engaging presentation style preferred.
• Candidate must be able to work 8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday.
• Must be able to work on-call weekends, as needed.
• Must be proficient at using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of ApplicantStack software system is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Great organizational skills
• A team player
• Have valid driver’s license and poof of car insurance.
• Must pass criminal background check, DMV check and drug screen.

Job Type: Part-time (20 hours per week Monday through Friday, occassional Saturday)
