As a Retention Specialist, you will be crucial in building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients. This non-remote position offers the opportunity to work directly with customers and provide exceptional service.

As a Retention Specialist, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to existing policyholders to ensure their continued satisfaction, address any concerns or questions, and provide personalized solutions.

Experience in the industry is not necessary. Our training and resources are top-notch; if you have what it takes, we will get you up to speed.

We have multiple locations here in California. There is much room to grow on our team and room for advancement. We will coach, mentor, and train you as you move up in the company. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Proactively contacting existing policyholders to review their upcoming policy renewals with them
• Actively work renewals to be sure clients do not lose their insurance coverage
• Addressing customer questions, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner
• Providing personalized recommendations and solutions to meet policyholders' insurance needs
• Retaining policyholders by promoting the value and benefits of our insurance products and services
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system

Requirements

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a customer service or retention role, preferably within the insurance industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think quickly on your feet
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documenting customer interactions and information
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment
