Makes recommendations to product line management to improve service and design of products that encourage client retention. Additionally, Annuities Retention Specialist requires a bachelor's degree. CommuniCare Health Services is currently recruiting for a Regional Recruitment and Engagement Specialist to support employee engagement at our Skilled Nursing Facilities in the Akron, Canton, Massillon, Columbus, and Springfield, OH areas.
This position will require 60-80% travel supporting our Skilled Nursing Facilities located in the Midwest-Crusader region, which spans the Canton, Akron, Massillon, Columbus, and Springfield markets. Mileage reimbursement will be provided.
