Annuities Retention Specialist jobs in Gary, IN
Annuities Retention Specialist coordinates with service representatives and clients to assist with retaining the client's annuity business. Provides knowledge and expertise to clients in order to meet their financial goals and to clearly understand various options that are available with annuities. Being an Annuities Retention Specialist reviews surrender requests and contacts clients to re-engage and identify opportunities for additional sales. Makes recommendations to product line management to improve service and design of products that encourage client retention. Additionally, Annuities Retention Specialist requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Annuities Retention Specialist contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. About Us
We are looking for an office manager with a focus on previous sales experience. We are working to find someone that can be a leader and a fit in a high-volume clinic/wellness center environment. Duties include but are not limited to, managing excel sheets, effective communication with staff, one on one patient interaction.
This position also hyper focuses on making sure patients actually come in for their appointments. That's where you come in!
Who are we looking for?
In order for you to be successful in this role you need the following:
- Have in-person office experience.
- History of being successful in a sales dominate role.
- Must have exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to do basic math with little assistance.
- Must have experience in Excel.
- Must be able to memorize a script as a part of your day-to-day tasks.
- Must be good at convincing people to do something (or purchase a product).
- Must have the ability to connect to everyone you meet.
Hours: Monday - Friday (9am-12pm)- (2pm-6pm)
Saturday 9am - 12pm
This is a salary position paid at 40 hours per week at $20/hr. Generous bonuses offered. You can earn up to an additional $15/hr!
