Annuities Retention Specialist jobs in Madison, WI

Skaalen Retirement Services is looking for an enthusiastic, organized individual to join our team as the Recruitment and Retention Specialist.

At Skaalen, we provide quality care to the elderly of Stoughton and surrounding communities within many different levels. We currently have independent condominiums (in Stoughton and McFarland), independent apartments, assisted living, and one skilled nursing facility to serve those needing our care.

As the Recruitment and Retention Specialist, you will be responsible for the recruitment for Skaalen Retirement Services and will work closely with managers to determine staffing needs, recruit candidates for open positions utilizing different platforms, participate in the on-boarding and orientation of new staff, maintain relationships with staff and more.

Qualifications:

-Must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent

-Prefer Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources or at least 1 years’ experience in recruitment

-Must be self-motivated and be able to work independently

-Proficiency working with computers, Microsoft, Outlook, and social media sites

-Need organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks

-Be able to maintain confidentiality and privacy

-Have proficient and accurate written and oral communicative skills in the English Language

-Relates professionally to a variety of people
