Annuities Retention Specialist jobs in Peoria, IL

Annuities Retention Specialist coordinates with service representatives and clients to assist with retaining the client's annuity business. Provides knowledge and expertise to clients in order to meet their financial goals and to clearly understand various options that are available with annuities. Being an Annuities Retention Specialist reviews surrender requests and contacts clients to re-engage and identify opportunities for additional sales. Makes recommendations to product line management to improve service and design of products that encourage client retention. Additionally, Annuities Retention Specialist requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Annuities Retention Specialist contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature.     Salary:

    Starting at $45,760.00 (Non-exempt)

    About the Position:

    Attract, recruit, and retain new foster families by utilizing strategic recruitment and retention approaches. Assist high-quality foster parent candidates in becoming licensed. License and ensure quality foster homes meet DCFS licensing standards. Represent CYFS in community events to promote agency visibility.

    Does the Following Apply to You?

    • Bachelor's degree in social work, Human Service related field, Marketing, or Human Resource Management.
    • Child Welfare Experience (preferred)
    • Child Welfare Licensure (preferred)

    Additional Qualifications:

    • Completion of DCFS criminal background check and fingerprinting
    • Must be at least 21 years of age
    • Obtain an insured vehicle
    • At least three years of driving experience with a valid driver's license
