Annuities Retention Specialist coordinates with service representatives and clients to assist with retaining the client's annuity business. Provides knowledge and expertise to clients in order to meet their financial goals and to clearly understand various options that are available with annuities. Being an Annuities Retention Specialist reviews surrender requests and contacts clients to re-engage and identify opportunities for additional sales. Makes recommendations to product line management to improve service and design of products that encourage client retention. Additionally, Annuities Retention Specialist requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Annuities Retention Specialist contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. The In-Shop Automotive Technician works within our customer’s body shop facilitating diagnostic pre scans and post scans using the AirPro scan tool on vehicles involved in collisions. In addition, he/she will facilitate performing required calibrations and target setups within the shop on vehicles that require calibrations. Training provided for qualified candidates.
Reports to: This position currently reports to the Field Operations Manager and Field Operations Supervisor
