Annuities Retention Specialist jobs in Saint Cloud, MN

Barrett Petfood is a family owned and operated premium pet food manufacturer. We are currently hiring for a Set Up Specialist for weekend shift (work 36 hours, paid 40).

This position will be responsible for day-to-day support and troubleshooting of automated production equipment in the packaging department in the co-manufacturing operation.

Automation and robotic support for multiple packaging lines. Responsible for assisting plant engineering duties within the facility.

Works independently and with a team, conferring with Supervisor or Manager on unusual or complex assignments. Assists in process engineering activities and projects in coordination with internal and external partners.

Identifies and investigates issues and provides solutions to management team. Assesses feasibility and soundness of proposed engineering tests, products, and equipment.

Executes and leads performance improvement activities through OEE. Required Skills / Abilities : Associates degree in automation or robotics or equivalent work experience required.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work with coworkers effectively.

Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Physical Requirements : Prolonged periods of standing and walking through the factory. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk working on computers.
