Annuities Retention Specialist jobs in the United States

Compensation is outcome-dependent and takes into account effort expended plus an additional salary depending on qualifications. Additionally, you will be eligible for a generous benefits package, consisting of health benefits, such as medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, as well as retirement savings plans.

$90,000 at plan commission DOE

• Promote annuity products within our firm internally to advisors
• Collaborate with other advisors by providing training, annuity solution strategies, and joint work.
• Nurture and build your own book of business.
• Working with firm leadership to grow the overall annuity business

• A minimum of 5 years prior experience in financial services
• US Work Authorization
• Series 7 and 66 preferred
• Knowledge of annuity products and solutions
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Willingness to collaborate and work on-site
• Prospecting and lead generation background
