1. Assist in Fleet Management:
· Help coordinate the maintenance and repair schedules of the organization's fleet.
· Assist in monitoring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

2. Support Facility Readiness:
· Assist in ensuring that facilities are maintained according to organizational standards.
· Help coordinate with staff for facility maintenance, upgrades, and repairs.
· Participate in the management of facility safety protocols and emergency procedures.
3. Participation in Small Projects for Residential Programs:
· Contribute to minor projects aimed at enhancing residential programs.
· Collaborate with team members to ensure project requirements are met.
· Assist in monitoring project progress and deadlines.
4. Assist with Vendor Management and Cost Optimization:
· Regularly review vendor pricing and services to ensure they meet our quality and budgetary requirements.
· Assist with obtaining bids from multiple suppliers to secure the most cost-effective and high-quality vendors.
· Maintain up-to-date records of contracts, bids, and vendor performance evaluations.
Qualifications:
High School diploma required. Associate degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
We are willing to train an entry level candidate without experience in these areas.
Strong analytical skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
