Annuities Supervisor (New Business) supervises a group of Annuities Representatives responsible for handling the needs of new applicants. Ensures compliance with all regulations and keeps abreast of any changes to laws and regulations which pertain to annuities applications. Being an Annuities Supervisor (New Business) is responsible for handling the more complicated client service issues such as contract exceptions or complaints referred by staff. May be responsible for developing or improving annuities application processes in order to facilitate the acquisition of new business. Position Summary: As the Outreach and Community Engagement Specialist, you will serve as an advocate and liaison to the optometric and primary care referring provider network to promote high quality coordinated care. Prior healthcare experience is highly preferred, especially in the Ophthalmology field. You should be able to communicate professionally, be comfortable working in a medical environment, be highly organized, have a strong customer service background, possess excellent computer and organizational skills, and embody a welcoming/friendly demeanor. There is a considerable amount of travel required within your assigned territory.
