Hiring Range: $74,443.20 - $93,038.40 per year

The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for establishing, administering, and directing the New Journeys team—a self-contained clinical unit dedicated to delivering treatment, rehabilitation, and support services to clients with severe and persistent mental illnesses. This role involves supervising and evaluating the multidisciplinary team, ensuring excellent service delivery while also maintaining a minimal caseload as a practicing clinician.
New Journeys is a team-based, recovery-oriented model serving Transition Age Youth (TAY) and adults between the ages of 15-40 with diagnoses meeting the criteria for Seriously Emotionally Disturbed (SED) or Seriously Mentally Ill (SMI), including those experiencing the first episode of psychosis.

EDUCATION: Master’s Degree in Psychology, social services, or a mental health field.
EXPERIENCE: Intermediate (minimum 3 years of job-related experience)
This position requires driving clients in a personal vehicle on behalf of the agency; therefore, the incumbent must successfully complete a motor vehicle history check, possess and maintain a current, valid driver's license in the state of Washington, and have reliable, insured transportation.
LICENSURE: Agency Affiliated Counselor
Preferred Qualifications:
EXPERIENCE: Specialist (minimum 5 years of job-related experience)
Business-rated insurance may be required if performing outreach duties.
LICENSURE: Washington License (LICSW, LMFT or LMHC)
