Duties:
- Facilitate oversight of account receivables, account payables and reconciliations.
-Manage the day-to-day accounting activities of the organization which includes payroll activities.
- Conduct month end reporting and analysis while collaborating with ATG Worldwide for global consolidation, trend analysis and intercompany reconciliation.
- Conduct regular account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, perform balance sheet and bank reconciliations.
- Monitor and analyze cash flow and financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to management.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including close collaboration with HR.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and internal policies.
Experience:
- Bachelor degree required
- Minimum of 5 years accounting experience to include A/P and A/R
- Proficiency in QuickBook Online & Desktop
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel pivot tables
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- TRAMS and/or Travel Backoffice Systems a plus
