Annuities Supervisor (New Business) supervises a group of Annuities Representatives responsible for handling the needs of new applicants. Ensures compliance with all regulations and keeps abreast of any changes to laws and regulations which pertain to annuities applications. Being an Annuities Supervisor (New Business) is responsible for handling the more complicated client service issues such as contract exceptions or complaints referred by staff. May be responsible for developing or improving annuities application processes in order to facilitate the acquisition of new business. Additionally, Annuities Supervisor (New Business) requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Annuities Supervisor (New Business) supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be an Annuities Supervisor (New Business) typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.     Corporate Business Analyst

    SUMMARY:

    • In the position of Business Development Analyst, individuals will demonstrate their leadership skills and quantitative mindset to support various business units/functions on both the day-to-day operations as well as longer-term strategic and cross-functional projects.

    DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance and teams to develop and maintain an accurate demand forecast and production plan.
    • Analyze sales trends, inventory levels, and production capacity to identify potential issues and opportunities for improvement.
    • Develop and implement S&OP metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Facilitate cross-functional meetings to review and adjust the S&OP plan as needed to meet changing business requirements.
    • Work closely with all departments to ensure raw materials, finished goods, and transportation align with the S&OP plan.
    • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance the S&OP process and overall supply chain efficiency.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

    Qualifications


    EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor's degree in analytics, business, supply chain, or related field.
    • 5 years of experience in Sales and Operations Planning or related field.
    • Experience in the corrugated industry ideal.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
    • Knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
