• Address resident concerns, requests, and inquiries in a timely and empathetic manner to maintain high levels of resident satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and competitors' offerings to recommend competitive pricing strategies and marketing initiatives.
• Assist in the planning and execution of resident events and promotional activities to enhance community engagement.
• Conduct routine property inspections to ensure units are well-maintained and adhere to company standards.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fair housing laws, property management regulations, and industry best practices.

**Qualifications: **

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Leasing Agent with a track record of successful lease-ups and maintaining high occupancy rates.
• Proficiency in using OneSite software for property management tasks is highly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively convey information to prospective and current residents.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate and thorough documentation.
