POSITION OVERVIEW:
A private equity company with an entrepreneurial culture, a broad spectrum of sector-specific investments and early-stage growth companies is looking for a Payables Supervisor to join our 54-year organization. We are looking to employ an individual located primarily in the OKC Metropolitan area.
The employee will be expected to perform a range of functions pertaining to tracking the receipt, approval, and payment of company-wide payables. This position offers the opportunity to earn performance-based compensation, as well as the ability for career advancement within the company.
JOB DUTIES:
· Report directly to company owner
· Supervision of payables
· Scan in and distribute invoices
· Tracking of approvals and payment of payables
· Maintaining financial records for multiple entities

Additional Information:
This is a part-time position contemplating 20-25 hours a week.
The employee would work primarily with our employees in our Midwest City, Purcell and Shawnee offices, and virtually with our Houston and Atlanta offices daily.
