We are seeking applications for a dynamic growth-oriented Support Specialist to join our Team!

Promptness, ability to adapt to new challenges, and dependability is a must. You are detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task as well as prioritize assignments. We are a locally owned small business operating in the Topeka and surrounding areas for 50 years.

Job Responsibilities:

• Primary responsibility is to provide support to customers and internal operations.
• Fielding phone calls and emails from customers continuously throughout the day.
• Notifies technicians of work assignments using internal dispatching software.
• Monitor and maintain service dispatch console and other support applications.
• Assist with order fulfilment, receiving, part and supply picking and shipping.
• Various other office and support related tasks as assigned.
• Occasional customer deliveries in company provided vehicle.

Requirements and expectations to be considered for this position:

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Prior experience fielding customer calls a must.
• Previous dispatching, customer/support service, and/or office experience.
• Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time.
• Basic understanding of MS Office applications and general data entry skills.
• Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
• Operating hours will be between 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. M-F
• PT Morning Shift 7:55 a.m. - 2 p.m. (additional hours may be available)
