Annuities Supervisor (New Business) supervises a group of Annuities Representatives responsible for handling the needs of new applicants. Ensures compliance with all regulations and keeps abreast of any changes to laws and regulations which pertain to annuities applications. SALARY: The salary range for this position is $67,241.07 to $116,745.30 for Schedule A, and $67,241.07 to $110,908.04 for Schedule B. For newly hired individuals, the starting salary will normally be at the minimum of the salary range. For current Judiciary employees, salary upon promotion or advancement will be an increase of 5% of base salary, not to exceed the maximum of the range, or the minimum salary of the band/level, whichever is greater. Judiciary employees hired prior to August 29, 2015, are considered Schedule A. Newly hired individuals, and Judiciary employees hired on or after August 29, 2015, are considered Schedule B.

Under the general direction of the Court Executive 2b (Probation Division Manager) or other high level manager or supervisor, the selected individual leads, instructs, evaluates, and monitors the work activities of a case management team. Duties include but are not limited to: tracks cases for case management purposes which may include utilizing backlog reports; directs case processing staff accordingly on their specific calendaring requirements and instructs team members in setting work priorities; oversees the management of calendars; coordinates work between units or teams; oversees special projects; ensures compliance of all Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) and judiciary policies and procedures; establishes performance expectations and goals as well as conducts formal work performance evaluations with team members; identifies training needs; develops and formulates procedures and/or practices to ensure efficient court/unit operations; provides direction and feedback to staff for achieving division goals. Additional division specific duties may include identifying/analyzing problems in order to implement and enforce court orders; supervision and monitoring offenders. Performs related work as required.
