The Senior Manager role in New Business is responsible for managing and developing their direct reports to ensure that business operations are running efficiently and that each individual's performance meets the company and departmental standards. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to managing priorities, developing and implementing strategic plans and initiatives, monitoring KPIs, managing budgets and project timelines, and identifying areas for process improvement.
