Annuity Services Director directs and oversees all aspects of the annuity customer service program. Provides leadership on the administration of annuity products including distribution, asset transfers, death claim approvals to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Being an Annuity Services Director maintains appropriate staffing to ensure high-level quality service and ensures hired staff has the education necessary and is provided the appropriate training to keep up-to-date on regulations. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Annuity Services Director typically reports to top management. Typically requires passing Series 6 (IR) , 26 (IP), and 63 (Uniform Securities Agent State Law) qualifying exams. The Annuity Services Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. The Life & Annuity Agent will generate new life & annuity business through multiple lead sources to maintain a consistent sales pipeline to achieve monthly sales targets. Provides five diamond member services and serves the needs of the membership within the corporate guidelines of the organization's Insurance Agency.
What you will do:
SALARY:
Starting annual base salary of $37,440 ($18.00 per hour) and includes a generous commission structure based on sales performance.
Education
High School or GED Required and Bachelor's Degree Business Administration or related field Preferred
Experience
3 to 5 years insurance sales experience, with 1-2 years in Life Required
Licenses and Certifications
Current Life & Health Insurance License Required and Industry designations (CLU, FLMI, etc.) Preferred Failure to be appointed as an Agent for AAA Life will result in job offer being rescinded/employment being terminated. Required and Must complete all required AAA Life onboarding documents and training. Required
