Hiring 1-2 Resolution Case Manager Team Leads to start A.S.A.P. Case management within Tax Resolution is a MUST!! Paid training will be offered withing the first week of employment.

Responsibilities:

As a team lead to the case managers your job duties will include the following and is not limited to:

• Train, Lead, and Coach new and existing Resolution Case Managers
• Teach Best Practices within the department and execute to team members.
• Handle elevated Client Calls within 24-48 hours as needed.
• Coordinate pipeline coverage/supervision as needed.
• Set/Track and motivate your team to their goals.
• Have weekly one-on-one meetings with their team to go over the pipeline etc.
• Send out reports to help keep the team informed where they are at and motivate them. Calls, Daily activity reports. Closed Cases, Present Options, Deadline especially with specialty cases)

Requirements:

• IRS Logics experience is required (CRM)
• Minimum 3 years managing a team of Case Managers
• Managing a team of 5-10 Case Managers at any given time.
• Using our software to keep track of and obtain various forms, documents, and records from our clients, to be submitted to Tax Professionals.
• Communicate with clients and Tax Professionals in a helpful manner with a priority on customer service.
• Submit a minimum of 15 closes per month for case closure/resolution.
• Grasp and become proficient on IRS and state tax knowledge.

Compensation:

• $25-28/ hour
