Production Line Lead - Cosmetics & Topical Over the Counter Drug Fulfillment

• The fulfillment including boxing up, filling, folding leaflets, crimping, labeling, capping and fulfillment related work as assigned.
• Fill out Batch Packaging Record in real time during the production
• Review Batch Records-Packaging before submitting it to Quality
• Ability to effectively communicate with all employees for expected productivity in the facility, both verbally and in writing
• Accuracy, attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Picking and Packing (order fulfillment) – Locating and selecting product for orders in an accurate and timely manner; safely and accurately placing ordered product in boxes for shipping.
• Packing –Ability to function both individually and within a team structure.
• Self-motivated with an eagerness to learn and take direction.
• Follows through with all assignments and job duties in a timely manner.
• Exhibits professionalism, honesty, integrity, courtesy, and respect in dealing with fellow employees
• Ability to arrive on time.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time, as well as walk frequently; use foot/feet to operate machines, and talk or hear, and use hands to finger, bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching above head and below knees, pulling, and lifting.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Housekeeping / Safety: Performs housekeeping and maintenance tasks to keep work stations cleaned, organized and safe. These include but are not limited to: a) keeping shelves and work stations neat, b) sweep, dust and mop floors, c) trash removal and absent of debris that may be a work hazard

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Cosmetic Manufacture Packaging: 3 years (Preferred)
• Packaging Batch Record Fillout/Review: 2 years (Preferred)
• Cosmetic Production Line Lead: 2 years (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
