· Handle inbound calls professionally and efficiently.
· Assist consumers with inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
· Provide accurate information about accounts and cases.
· Document all interactions accurately in our database.
· Collaborate with team members to ensure consumer and client satisfaction.
Legal Assistant Responsibilities:
· Support attorneys and legal professionals with administrative tasks.
· Prepare and file legal documents, such as pleadings and motions.
· Assist with document management and organization.
· Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and other parties involved in legal proceedings.
We are searching for candidates who possess the following attributes:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
· Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
· Previous experience in a call center or legal environment is preferred but not required.
· Basic Computer Skills and familiarity with legal software is a plus.
