Immediate need for a Resolution Specialist 
$500 Signing Bonus after 90 days
Salary: hourly rate plus monthly bonus incentive 
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm OR 8:30 am-5:30 pm

Overview:

We are currently expanding our Repossession team in order to service accounts across the United States. We are looking for talented and driven professionals with bilingual (English/Spanish) skills to help us continue to grow. 

The ideal candidate will be energetic, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast paced environment. Previous call center experience required and geographical mapping knowledge is a plus.

 What You'll Do:

• Place accounts out for repossession with appropriate agent and auction
• Make a minimum of 30 outbound calls a day to vendors and customers
• Handle all steps of the repossession process
• Quote and collect redemption fees for vehicles that have been picked up
• Make outbound calls to create a plan for customers to redeem their vehicles
• Collect and update information
