    We are in search of a Manager, Credit Resolution to join our Credit Resolution department in Rocklin, California. This full-time position reports to the SVP, Credit Resolution and is accountable for ensuring operational and administrative accuracy and efficiency within Credit Resolution through effective leadership of loan support staff.

    This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule and one-time home office stipend after initial training period.

    Compensation Information

    The base salary range for this position is $72,000 - $124,000; bonus at target is 12% or 15% of salary, depending on experience level.

    Job Requirements

    • Oversee the Credit Resolution team's administrative functions to ensure filing, administrative systems, and controls are well organized throughout assigned area.
    • Provide coverage when needed by performing routine support functions, including managing customer disbursements and receipts, maintaining customer records and necessary follow-ups, and monitoring and managing accounting transactions.
    • Implement controls consistent with AgWest business procedures. Assist with the development of these controls.
    • Ensure monthly reporting is provided in a timely manner, including delivery of monitoring and exception reporting to team leadership.
    • Assist in maintaining a high degree of credit administration by monitoring and maintaining an accurate database, overseeing credit investigation, data input and credit analysis functions of Loan Specialists and maintaining a strong knowledge of the loan origination and other key systems.
    • Coordinate customer requests for Credit Review Committee reconsideration of credit decisions.
    • Ensure ongoing monitoring and timely follow-up of deficiency judgements.
    • Represent the Credit Resolution team as the operational subject matter expert (SME) for internal projects and committees.
    • As necessary, travel to branches within the organization to conduct operational assessments and assist with peer reviews.

      • Ensure performance management actions are consistent across area of responsibility and aligned with organization expectations

    • Perform all duties and maintains all standards in accordance with organization policies, procedures, and internal controls, and ensure assigned staff follow organization policies, procedures and internal controls.
    • Represent and communicate the values, purpose, and mission of the organization to employees, customers, the public, and other target audiences.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in business or ag related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
    • Requires three to five years' relevant and progressively complex experience in commercial lending, banking or related field
    • Proven ability to lead by example as an individual contributor or manager
    • Ability to work independently with broad direction of objectives and expected outcomes
