Responsibilities:- Contact customers who are behind on their payments and negotiate repayment plans
- Educate customers on debt settlement options and provide guidance on the best course of action
- Respond to inquiries in a timely and effective manner and treat customers fairly and consistently
- Negotiates account settlement within established guidelines
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment arrangements
- Achieve monthly targets for call volume, successful negotiations, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer experience
Skills and Requirements:- Highly motivated individuals with a positive attitude and excellent people skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
Job Type: Full-time- Hourly Commission! (pay structure gives you a safety net and also motivates you to do more)
